Terms of Service — Travel Super App

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Travel Super App mobile application and related services (together, the “Service”), operated by Awecode Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“Awecode”, “we”, “us”), Mahadevsthan-32, Koteshwar, Kathmandu 44600, Nepal.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service — platform and intermediary role

Travel Super App is a technology platform that helps travellers in Nepal discover tools and third-party offerings, including:

eSIM data plans fulfilled by Airalo
links to ride-hailing apps such as Pathao (opened in that provider’s app)
currency information based on Nepal Rastra Bank rates
weather and on-device travel utilities
curated local discovery content

Unless we expressly state otherwise for a specific product, we act as an intermediary or information layer. The eSIM issuer, ride-hailing operator or other third party — not Awecode — supplies the underlying service and is responsible for its performance, coverage, safety and fulfilment. Your contract for that underlying service is with the provider under the provider’s own terms. Awecode is not a telecom operator, taxi company, bank or insurer.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

Access is provided via email magic link. You are responsible for securing the email account used to sign in and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, or are used fraudulently.

4. eSIM orders and third-party apps

When you purchase an eSIM, you authorise us to place the order with Airalo and to receive fulfilment details (including QR / activation data) for display in the App. Airalo’s terms and acceptable-use rules apply in addition to these Terms.

Features that open Pathao or other external apps hand you off to that app. We do not take bookings inside those apps and are not a party to your contract with them.

Prices, plans and coverage shown in the Service may change until purchase is confirmed by the store and our systems. An eSIM order is confirmed when payment succeeds and fulfilment details are available in the App.

5. Pricing, taxes and payments

eSIM prices are shown in the currency presented by the App Store or Google Play for your account (our catalogue is priced in USD and converted by the store where applicable). Displayed forex rates are for information and conversion helpers only; they are not an offer to exchange currency.

Payments for eSIMs are processed by Apple or Google as in-app purchases, with RevenueCat used for entitlement verification. We do not store your full card number or CVV. By completing a purchase, you authorise the charge under the applicable store terms.

Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting us may result in account review or suspension while we investigate.

6. Cancellations and refunds

eSIM: Digital eSIM products are generally non-refundable once purchased and/or activated, except where Apple, Google or mandatory consumer law requires a refund. Request store refunds through the App Store or Google Play; contact us at [email protected] if fulfilment failed (for example no QR / activation data after a successful charge).
Pathao and other external apps: Cancellations and fees are governed solely by that provider.
Tools, weather, forex and discovery: Free informational features; no purchase refund applies.

7. User responsibilities

You agree to:

provide accurate account information
comply with Airalo and other provider rules, local laws, and device eSIM requirements
not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes
not scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service or other users
not share activation credentials in a way that violates provider terms

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, branding and content (excluding third-party content), is owned by Awecode or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. Provider names, logos and content remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that eSIM coverage maps, prices, weather, forex rates or discovery listings are complete or error-free, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. Network coverage, ride availability and third-party app performance are outside our control except to the extent mandatory law requires us to assist with consumer remedies for purchases made through us.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Awecode and its directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service or from any third party’s acts or omissions.

Our total aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amounts you paid to Awecode for the Service (excluding amounts paid to Apple, Google or Airalo for the underlying product) in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD 100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited, or for fraud.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless Awecode from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your dispute with a third-party provider, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.

12. Suspension and termination

You may request account closure via awecode.com/legal/travel-super-app/delete-account or by emailing [email protected] from your registered email. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including liability limits, indemnity and governing law) will survive termination.

13. Apple App Store terms

If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, the following apply in addition to these Terms:

These Terms are between you and Awecode only, not with Apple. Awecode — not Apple — is solely responsible for the App and its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. To the extent maintenance or support is required by law, Awecode — not Apple — is responsible.
In the event of any failure of the App to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
Awecode — not Apple — is responsible for addressing claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, and consumer protection claims.
In the event of a third-party intellectual property claim relating to the App, Awecode — not Apple — is responsible for investigation, defence, settlement and discharge.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App.
Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the version and date above. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email where practicable. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where mandatory law requires affirmative consent.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to mandatory consumer-law rights in your country of residence (which remain unaffected), courts in Kathmandu, Nepal shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
