Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• At Least one-year relevant experience in marketing.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (like meta ads, google ads etc.) and social media tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Nepali and English.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Strong team player, capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for creativity and innovation.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
• Supporting the execution of promotional campaigns and activities.
• Creating engaging content for social media, email campaigns, blogs and other communication platforms.
• Monitoring campaign performance and generating detailed reports for optimization.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Stay updated on latest industry trends.
